My promise is to provide a neutral safe space, to show up authentically and be fully present, to listen, and walk alongside you on your journey to wellness. To help you find and build on your strengths, and move past the obstacles that immobilize you and prevent you from achieving your goals. All too often, people find themselves in the valleys of life with no apparent way out. Life’s issues have created obstacles that block and cover the path. These issues drag you down and disrupt your relationships and quality of life. Each client comes to counseling with their unique personality, different issues, their own learning style, and personal experiences. That is why my approach to counseling is integrative as well as holistic. It is my goal to help you foster your growth in a process that is compatible with you and get you to a state of wellbeing that is self-compassionate. I believe that the potential and desire to grow lies in each of us, and by identifying and building upon your strengths, you will be able to move forward, past your obstacles, and toward your goals. My job is to walk with you and help you find the tools that can clear your path so you can continue your journey as a healthier and more content individual.
